Pre-Meeting Checklist:

Download Zoom Teleconferencing
Our sessions will use the teleconferencing service Zoom. To optimize your meeting experience, please download the “Zoom Client for Meetings” application prior to the meeting, available at the Zoom Download Center (Mac users, please follow these instructions).

Access the Platform
Please familiarize yourself with the platform prior to the start of the forum, including the simultaneous translation function and breakout rooms. Be sure to update your Zoom account to version 5.3.0 or later to ensure you have access to all Zoom functionalities. For non-technical questions, please email info@icfp2021.org.

Plan Ahead
Take time to browse all sessions being offered at the #NotWithoutFP Forum and note which ones you would like to attend. Unfortunately, Zoom does not allow you to access more than one session at a time. If you are in need of translation, join the Zoom session as early as possible to secure a spot—Zoom sessions are capped at a limit. Log in early to allow time to work through any technical issues that you may run into as to avoid missing any of the action.
