Dr. Tabinda Sarosh, Pathfinder International’s Country Director for Pakistan, is a medical doctor and a public health practitioner. She has developed and implemented numerous reproductive health programs in the private and public health systems at national, regional and global levels. In addition, as a gender and SRH programmer she has led successful evidence-based advocacy campaigns, notably that for Standardization of Age of Marriage to 18 , inclusion of critical women’s health indicators in public data and information systems and revision of curricula for the frontline providers in Pakistan . Currently, she is also the Project Director for Naya Qadam, through which Pathfinder is taking a systems strengthening approach to increase the access of women and girls to high quality post-pregnancy family planning and counseling public and private health services.
