Aurelie Brunie, PhD, MS, MEng is a Senior Scientist in the Health Services Research division of FHI 360. She serves as the Senior Research Lead for Research for Scalable Solutions, a five-year implementation science project on family planning funded by USAID. She is also the Research Lead for the Learning about Expanded Access and Potential of the LNG-IUS (LEAP LNG-IUS) Initiative which is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Her work in the contraceptive field spans contraceptive product acceptability and user preferences, introduction of new products, integration of family planning with other health and non-health services, task-sharing and health worker motivation, and barriers and facilitators to contraceptive use and uptake.
