Dr. Cyprien Masaka

Dr. Cyprien Masaka Lopepo is currently the International Rescue Committee’s Deputy Health Coordinator for Sexual and Reproductive Health in DRC. He has been a doctor since 2005, has a master’s degree in public health and has over eight years of experience in clinical service provision, emergency health program management, and health systems strengthening in the DRC. Cyprien is also a skilled clinical trainer, program manager and evaluator and represents IRC DRC in a variety of health and nutrition fora. He also is experienced in implementing SRH in various epidemic contexts including Ebola, cholera and COVID-19.
