Julius is the Program Manager at Vanuatu Family Health Association (VFHA), a member association of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF). As Program Manager Julius executes both managerial and programmatic tasks and has successfully managed SRH emergency responses at national and provincial level in Vanuatu. He has previously held several coordination roles related to advocating for Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights in both stable and humanitarian settings.
In Vanuatu, working together with key humanitarian stakeholder partners, he has helped to increase the focus on meeting the family planning and other sexual health needs of populations affected by disasters as well as the host communities.
Julius earned a degree in Social Work & Social Administration from Kumi University in Uganda and graduated in 2005.
