Racey started working for Novartis East Africa as Business Franchise Head – Established Medicines, was promoted to Country Group Head managing East Africa and later moved to Switzerland in the capacity of Project Team Member – Launch Execution within The Global Commercial Execution Team before getting her last assignment as Head of Africa Cluster – Novartis Pharma Division.
She started her career as a Medical Representative and has over 20 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Industry where she has held positions of increasing responsibility in different pharmaceutical multinationals within general management, marketing and commercial roles.
Racey holds a B.Sc. Biochemistry, Zoology from Egerton University in Kenya and a Master’s in Business Administration (International Business Management) from University of Nairobi (U.O.N.) in Kenya.
