IMPORTANT ACTION ITEMS

for all 2022 ICFP delegates who need a visa to travel to Thailand:

 

IF YOU HAVE NOT YET REGISTERED FOR ICFP2022:

In order to guarantee that you are included in the ICFP special visa application pre-approval screening process, Thailand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ office has indicated that ICFP delegates must register for ICFP2022 by 15 September 2022.

DEADLINE: Thursday, 15 SEPTEMBER 2022

IF YOU REGISTERED FOR ICFP2022 BEFORE 23 AUGUST 2022:

In order to guarantee that you are included in the ICFP special visa application pre-approval screening process, you must log in to your profile on the ICFP conference registration portal to upload a clear, digital image of your passport’s biometrics page and indicate your consulate/embassy of choice should you ultimately be required to travel to a consulate/embassy as soon as possible before 15 September 2022.
