Guttmacher-Lancet Commission Resources
The Guttmacher-Lancet Commission on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights is an international collaboration of 16 experts from Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North and South America, with expertise in a broad range of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) issues. The Commission has developed a comprehensive, evidence-based, bold and actionable agenda for SRHR priorities globally. This page contains a number of resources that complement the Commission’s report, which was published in The Lancet in May 2018. Select resources are available in multiple languages.
Adding It Up: Investing in Sexual and Reproductive Health
Adding It Up is an ongoing Guttmacher Institute project that estimates the need for, impact of and costs associated with providing essential sexual and reproductive health services. Its component studies illustrate the investment needed to ensure these services are available to all women of reproductive age (15–49) and their newborns—as well as to adolescents, specifically—in low- and middle-income countries.
