HUMAN CAPITAL EFFECTS OF COVID-19 AND PROSPECTS FOR ATTAINING THE DEMOGRAPHIC DIVIDEND
The session will illustrate the short- and long-term human capital effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting implications for country efforts to achieve a demographic dividend (DD).
